预应力CFRP软粘结加固技术及其施工工艺

Strengthening Technology of Flexible Coherence with Prestressed CFRP and Its Construction Technique

通过普通粘贴碳纤维布(CFRP)在加固混凝土结构中的缺陷与不足,提出通过施加预应力和采用软粘结技术来克服CFRP现有加固技术的缺陷,使CFRP的强度得到充分利用,改善构件的结构性能,提高结构加固的效率。在此基础上,开发了一种新型便捷的预应力FRP锚固和张拉技术。试验表明,这一技术能方便、可靠地将各类FRP布张拉至理想的应力状态,并提出了完整的预应力CFRP软粘结加固混凝土构件的施工工艺。

This paper puts forward the method of applying prestressing and flexible coherence technology to conquer the defects existing in the common practices of CFRP reinforcement, which makes full use of the CFRP strength, betters the performance of the reinforced members and improves the reinforcing efficiency. The authors develop a kind of convenient anchor and tension devices of prestressing FRP. The tests have shown that these devices can tension all kinds of FRP fabr/cs to an ideal stressing condition. Meanwhile, the authors bring forth an entire construction technique of flexible coherence strengthening technology with prestressed CFRP.
