摘要
在有的高层建筑中,要求采用超长不设缝的结构方案。由于剪力墙的约束刚度大,需要解决由此引起的楼盖温度应力过大的问题。文章研究了剪力墙对楼盖的约束特性,提出了低层楼盖释放的结构方案。概念推导和算例计算表明,该方案能够大幅减小楼盖中产生的温度应力。同时,针对这种结构形式的抗震问题,提出了计算的简化模型。分析表明其抗震能力不低于普通不释放方案下的结构。
High-rise Building with large longitudinal length is one of the structural plans most often adopted. Because of the large restrict rigidity of the shear wall, the stress due to temperature should be highlight. In this article, the restriction property of the shear wall to the floor slab is discussed, based on which the method of release of the floors in lower-stories is promoted. Concept discussion and example calculation illustrate that the new method remarkably reduce the stress caused in the floor slab due to temperature. Meanwhile, simplified model was presented to calculate the seismic effects of the structure. Based on analysis, we conclude that the aseismic ability of the newly promoted system is similar to the normal system.
