摘要
人防工程建设项目后评价立足总结项目建设的经验和教训,借鉴成功方面,改善不足的方面,有助于从项目经济评价的角度进行科学定位和规划,提高人防建设项目"三个"效益的发挥。文章重点分析了基于定量分析与定性分析的投资项目后评价方法在人防工程建设项目后评价中的应用。
The post evaluation of civil air defense construction projects bases on summing up the experience and lessons of the construction projects. Learning from the successful experience and correcting mistakes help us to orientation and planning scientifically from the view of economic evaluation. It is also good for playing the ＂ three effectiveness＂ of air defense construction projects. The after evaluation method is mainly analyzed in this paper based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in civil air defense construction projects.
