利益相关者理论与企业社会责任的思考 被引量:5

摘要 本文从企业社会责任、利益相关者理论与主流企业理论的争论入手,阐述了企业社会责任与利益相关者理论的同一性,认为企业承担社会责任可转化为自身的发展契机。进而提出了在经营过程中,企业不仅是获取自身利益、为股东谋取利润最大化的一分子,还要兼顾利益相关者的利益并承担社会责任。
