摘要
通过采集相关生产数据,利用统计技术分析、确定影响真空过程铝收得率的主要因素及各因素与铝收得率的函数关系,并通过实践检验,大幅度提高了铝的内控成分达标率。
By collecting relevant production data and utilizing statistic technique for analysis, the functional relationship between main factors/individual factor affecting A1 yield during vacuum degassing treatment and AI yield has been determined. Through production practices and tests, the up to standard rate of in- plant control A1 content has been greatly improved.
