摘要
采用不同的生产工艺制度,E32级船板钢在工业试制过程中的-40℃纵向冲击功波动较大,对此现象的研究表明,在采用两阶段轧制时,由于中间坯的厚度较大,对未再结晶区的变形温度产生影响,易发生在部分再结晶区轧制时,钢板出现混晶,从而造成钢板低温冲击值较低。
The study has been carried out on the strong instability of -40℃ impact energy values of E32 ship-building steel plate observed in trial production by using different production processes. The result shows that for two-phase rolling, mixed grain structure forms in the steel plate by rolling at partial recrystallization region due to the influence of large intermediate slab thickness on the deformation temperature at non-recrystallization region , which results in lower impact toughness values on steel plate at low temperature.
