摘要
简化平面形状的控制理论模型,建立了楔形区厚度变化量和长度的线性关系;对轧件轧制长度进行计算机离散化处理,采用牛顿迭代法,建立纵向变截面轧制的微跟踪模型;根据实际轧制力和目标厚度,由Absolute-AGC进行辊缝设定计算,利用自主开发的2级计算机控制系统在邯钢3 500 mm中厚板轧机上实现了平面形状控制功能,获得了较好的控制效果。
The theory control model of plane view pattern control function is simplified, linear relation between variation of thickness and length of the taper area was established. Based on computer discretization of the length of rolling piece, micro tracking model for longitudinal variable profile roiling was set up by Newton iteration method. According to actual rolling force and target plate thickness, the roll gap is calculated and set up by Absolnte AGC. Plane view pattern control function has been achieved with independently developed Level 2 computer control system and good control result has been obtained.
