The Problems and Countermeasures of Practice at Sea for Navigation in QMC

海洋船舶驾驶专业的海上认识实习在整个教学环节中起着重要作用,但长期以来一直存在着实习条件不够,实习经费不足的问题。目前航运事业蓬勃发展,航运人才紧缺问题日益严重,各航海教育院校不断加大对航海人才的培养力度,这种情况对航海专业的海上认识实习给予了更大的冲击。本文仅对目前我院学生实习现状中存在的问题做一探讨,并提出一些具体的对策。

Practicing at the sea is an important part of navigation profession teaching, but the limited pracrice conditions ,not enough practice outlay questions are also with the development of the navigation education. Especially the vigorous development of the navigation career, the serious lack of the navigation professionals, the colleges＇ increased education power for the navigation professionals at present have a greater impact to the sea practicing. This paper attempts to explore the existent sea practicing problems of our college students at present, and then provide some relevant countermeasures.
