摘要
在大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的新形势下,党校的教学工作面临新的任务和新的挑战。面对新形势和新挑战,党校教学工作必须坚持党校姓党,把中国特色社会主义理论作为党校教学的中心内容;必须坚持以教学为中心,不断深化教学改革;必须切实加强教师队伍建设,不断提升教师的素质和能力。
With the situation of both cadres training in large scale and the improvement of cadres＇ quality, new task and challenge appear in teaching work of the Party School, which should stick to the Party＇ s nature and take socialist theory with Chinese characteristics as its center content, view the teaching work as center to deepen the teaching reform and strengthen the construction of teacher group to perfect quality and capability of teachers.
