The 17th Congress of the CPC proposes the idea of promoting new great project of the party＇s construction in an all round way with the spirit of reform and innovation, which is an important strategic thought and mission in accordance with change of the times, requirement of economic growth and Party＇ s construction situation as well as the basic requirement of perfect construction of the party under new condition.
