在我国广大乡村,存在很多传统的善良的民俗,它们坚韧地存在于人们的思想中,深刻地影响着人们的生活,在约束和调节人们行为的过程中发挥着重要作用,是一种非常有效的法律资源。因此,将民俗习惯引入司法裁判过程有着现实的可行性。

In China＇s countryside, there exists some traditional and virtuous customs, which deeply ettect human s life, play an important role to restrain and to adjust its behaviors and become an efficient legal resource. Therefore, it is feasible in practice for folk customs to introduce into judicial adjudication.
