摘要
本文采用BNi-2、BПP-1两种钎料,对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行了电子束钎焊和真空钎焊,并对其接头进行了显微组织分析.结果表明,两种钎料电子束钎焊形成的接头显微组织主要都是固溶体;BNi-2钎料真空钎焊形成接头的显微组织是由两部分组成的,一部分是位于母材附近的镍固溶体,另一部分是位于钎缝中心的化合物组织;BПP-1钎料真空钎焊形成接头的显微组织是由铜-镍固溶体和钎缝中少量的化合物相组成的.
The microstructures of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel joints by electron beam brazing and vacuum brazing using two kinds of brazing fillers of BNi-2 and BПP-1 are analyzed. The results show that,the microstructures of bi'azed joints by electron beam brazing with BNi-2 and BПP-1 fillers are mainly solid solutions. The microstructure of brazed joint by vacuum brazing with BNi-2 is composed of two parts: one part is a solid solution of Ni, which lies adjacent to base metal;another part is chemical compounds present in the centre zone of brazing seam. And the microstructure of brazed joint by vacuum brazing with BПP-1 is solid solutions of Cu-Ni dominated in brazing seam and only a small amount of compound phase formed in brazing seam.
