摘要
借助水热法,弱酸性条件下直接加入合成系统前驱盐(Co(NO3)2.6H2O),通过蒸发得到复合物,随后煅烧,制备了介孔分子筛Co/SBA-15复合材料.不同Co∶Si摩尔比合成的样品利用XRD、SEM、IR进行比较系统的表征.测试结果表明在初始系统中Co∶Si摩尔比小于1∶3条件下制备的材料保持高度有序的二维六角介孔结构,在Co∶Si摩尔比1∶3~1∶32时,在介孔材料的基体上有Co3O4晶相粒子形成,在Co∶Si摩尔比小于1∶40时,介孔材料的基体上没有形成Co3O4晶相粒子.在Co∶Si摩尔比大于或等于1∶2时,并不能形成含Co的介孔结构材料.
Co/SBA- 15 composite materia of direct addition of precursor (Co (NO3) calcination. These materials are systematical show that the materials prepared remain to have a highly ordered mesoporous two-dimensional hexagonal structure on condition that in the initial synthetic system Co : Si molar ratio is less than 1 :3. Guest oxide (Co3O4) particles are dispersed into the SBA-15 matrix when the range of molar ratios is 1 : 3 to 1 : 32. However,no guest oxide (Co3O4) particles are found when Co : Si molar ratio is less than 1 : 40. Co/SBA-15 mesoporous materials can not be synthesized when Co : Si molar ratio is greater than or equal to 1 : 2.
