摘要
采用天然浮石作为粗骨料,将钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维混合配制LC30及LC35两个强度等级的轻骨料混凝土,研究纤维轻骨料混凝土的表观密度、弹性模量、抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和抗折强度等物理力学性能,结果表明混合纤维的掺入对轻骨料混凝土物理力学性能有一定的影响;钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混合掺入轻骨料混凝土,既不增加轻骨料表观密度,又能保证混凝土的强度,同时可以显著改善轻骨料混凝土的韧性.
Pumice is mixed with fiber hybrids such as steel fibers and polypropylene fibers in order to reinforce lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) of LC30 and LC35. The apparent density,elastic modulus,compressive strength,flexural strength and flexural toughness of LWAC with fiber hybrids are investigated. Results show that the fiber hybrods do have some effect on the physical and mechanical performance of the lightweight aggregate concrete. The addition of fibers can improve the toughness of LWAC remarkably while its apparent density remains low and the strength is still ensured.
