架空输电线路运行环境呈多样化,它覆盖面广,影响安全运行的外部因素很多,随着鸟类活动因生态环境的变化日趋增多,鸟害严重地威胁着地区电网的安全可靠运行,已成为本地区引起线路故障跳闸的首要因素,必须引起电力线路运行人员的高度重视,采取必要和科学的措施,降低鸟害引起的输电线路故障,确保输电线路安全运行。

The operating environment of overhead transmission power line shows diversification. Due to cover large area, many external factors affect its safe operation. Along with ecological environment changing, birds activities are increasing gradually, birds disaster badly threatens the safe and reliable operation of regional power network, and the birds disaster become the chief factor caused local line fault trip, so it＇s necessary to take scientific measures reducing the transmission power line fault caused by birds disaster, guarantees transmission line safe operation.
