摘要
目前,在压力机机架本体的结构分析及机架参数的优化方面,人们开展了较多的研究工作,但是关于钢板焊接结构、带预应力的压平机机架的研究鲜有报导。特别是对于预紧力系数的确定很少有比较详细和精确确定的理论。因此,以某钢厂不锈钢热处理线20MN厚板高精度压力矫平机的设计项目为依托,进行了预紧力系数的理论推导以及有限元的数值模拟验证。
At present,in press rack body structure analysis and rack parameter optimized aspect, people carried out much more research work, but about the steel plate welding structure, with the fresh report of pressure-prestressed-rack. Specially for determination of prestress coefficient, there are few more detailed and the precise theory. Therefore based on the design of the plate 20 MN-pressure task, the calculations and simulation verified of the pretightening force coefficient were proceeded.
