摘要
通过以直径为220mm的棒材对十辊棒材矫直机进行了探索开发,完成了机械、液压和电气的详细设计。这套系统的特点就是矫直循环多,单辊变形量较小,残余应力小。
The ten roller round bar straightener is more efficient for bar straightening. It is tried to design in case of bar of 220 mm in diameter. Furthermore, all mechanical structure , hydraulic and electrical systems are designed in detail. In all this set of system features are more straightening cycles, small deformation of each roller and small residual stress.
