摘要
目的探讨川崎病患儿血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)的变化及临床意义。方法将2006-03~2006-11在山西省儿童医院心内科住院并确诊为川崎病的患儿40例设为川崎病组,于急性期和恢复期各抽取患儿外周静脉血1次;同时抽取20例正常体检儿童(对照组)外周静脉血1次。放射免疫测定法测定血浆TXB2的浓度。用二维超声心动图观察川崎病患儿心脏冠状动脉病变,并分为冠状动脉损伤(CAL)组和非冠状动脉损伤(NCAL)组。结果川崎病组患儿急性期血浆TXB2的浓度较正常对照组儿童增高(P<0.05);恢复期TXB2的浓度与正常对照组比较无统计学意义;急性期冠状动脉损伤(CAL)组TXB2的浓度高于非冠状动脉损伤(NCAL)组(P<0.05);恢复期CAL和NCAL组比较TXB2的浓度无统计学意义。结论川崎病患儿急性期血小板活化,血液处于高凝状态,血浆TXB2水平与川崎病冠状动脉的损伤有一定的关系。
Objective To explore the variety of plasma TXB2 in children with Kawasaki disease(KD)and its clinical significance. Methods Forty in-patient children with KD were recruited from Women and Children Hospital of Shanxi Province from March 2006 to November 2006. The venous blood samples were obtained in acute and convalescent phase. Coronary artery lesion was detected with 2D-echocardiography. Twenty venous blood samples of children with normal physical examination were gained as controls. The plasma levels of TXB2 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results In acute phase,plasma levels of TXB2 in KD were higher than that of controls( P 〈0.05). Plasma levels of TXB2 had no significant difference between the patients in convalescent phase and controls. In acute phase, plasma levels of TXB2 in patients with coronary artery lesion were higher than that in patients with non-coronary artery lesion( P 〈0.05), but in convalescent phase, plasma levels of TXB2 were similar in KD patients. Conclusion Platelets are activated and blood is apt to coagulate in acute phase of KD. Plasma levels of TXB2 in KD is associated with coronary arterial lesion in acute phase.
