摘要
以电脑绣花机刺布机构和挑线机构为研究对象,简要介绍其工作原理,着重对各机构进行运动分析。通过运动分析所得的计算值与实际测量所得的测量值进行比较,结果表明现有绣花机刺布机构和挑线机构设计合理,其运动及配合能满足绣花要求。
The working principle of computerized embroidery machines was introduced in brief and tread taking-up mechanism and needle driving mechanism were the major research objects. The result indicates that the designing of tread taking-up mechanism and needle driving mechanism of current computerized embroidery machines is reasonable and the kinematics and cooperation of them can meet the requirement of embroidery based on calculation value from kinematic analysis and measure value from practical machines.
