浅谈基层图书馆现状与发展

Discussion on the Present Situation and the Development of Local Library

论述了中国图书馆在第二次转型时期,随着整个国民经济的发展虽然有了长足的进步,但以县级图书馆为表征的基层图书馆的现状令人堪忧,具体表现为:观念落后、经费不足、人才匮乏、管理僵化等。提出基层图书馆要想走出困境必须提高自身素质和管理水平,改变观念,走出馆门,为书找人,在用活、用好经费的同时,办特色服务,增加收入渠道的建议。

This paper elaborated Chinese Library had the considerable progresses along with the development of entire national economy in the second reforming time, but the present situation of local library which take the county level library as representation is worrying, the concrete manifestation is at several aspects, for example, backward idea, insufficient funds, shortage of talented person, management remains inflexible, and so on. It proposed that if local library want to go out the trouble, it should improve self-quality and management level, change idea, go out, manage the special service, and widen the income channel.
