海关总署于2008年5月30日发布了《2008年7月1日起新增香港享受零关税货物原产地标准表》和《2008年7月1日起新增澳门享受零关税货物原产地标准表》(2008年第41号公告),进一步扩大了CEPA享受零关税优惠货物的范围。上述两个公告自2008年7月1日起执行。重温CEPA原产地要求,才能尽享零关税优惠。
The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) has widened the scope of the zero tariff treatment for goods imported under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) by issuing two files on 30 May 2008. Goods listed in eight categories that are imported from Hong Kong and those in two categories that are imported from Macao will be eligible for these preferential policies from 1 July 2008 for the first time.Manufacturing or processing operations,change of tax code,ad valorem percentage,and other standards can be used alone or in combination as the rules of original producing area standard.
