摘要
依据使用交叉差分管对作为输入级来提高线性的办法,设计了一种工作在2.4 GHz的高线性CMOS双平衡混频器.为提高增益,应用了电流源负载和共模反馈电路.使用tsmc0.35μm混合信号CMOS RF模型对该混频器进行仿真,在电压为3 V的条件下,取得3阶输入截止点(IIP3)为11.7742 dbm,转换电压增益为10.138 db,功耗为12 mW的结果.
This paper presents a 2.4GHz highly linear CMOS dual balanced Mixer. The main idea is to use a cross-connected input differential pair to improve linearity. With 3V supply voltage, the results of simulation using a CMOS technology show an IIP3 of 11.7742 dbm, a conversion gain of 10. 138db, and power consumption in the mixer core of 12mW.
