真丝绸活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺研究

Study on Cold Pad Batch Dyeing of Silk Fabric with Reactive Dyes

针对真丝绸活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,对染料、固色碱剂、堆置时间、堆置温度四因素进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:真丝绸冷轧堆染色可选用直接性中等且反应性适中的KN型染料,使用固色碱L5010固色,适宜的堆置温度为25℃,堆置时间为7～8h。

For cold-pad batch dyeing of silk fabric with reactive dyes, the reactive dyes, fixation alkali, dyeing time and temperature were studied. The results show that the KN type dye with middle directness and suitable reactivity was selected, the proper reaction condition was fixing with color-fixation alkali LDS010, reaction temperature is 25℃, and reaction times are 7-8 hours.
