摘要
为探明拐枣解酒机理,以拐枣果浸渍(HP)为试样,对致醉小白鼠进行试验,并对人酒后进行临床应用.测定其对机体乙醇代谢的影响.结果表明,HP可显著降低机体组织乙醇含量(相对降低率50.05%)及乙醇代谢排出量(相对降低率52.73%).
Japanese raisintree fruit preparation has been isolated by the method of acidwater extraction. And with the preparation,experiments on small white drunk mice have been made. The clinical application of the preparation to drunk men has also been conducted in order to explore the mechanism of neutralizing alcohol with the preparation. The result shows that the preparation can decrease alcohol content in intoxicant body by 50. 05 %,and reduce metabolic excretion by 52. 73%.
