摘要
目的通过扬声器给声,记录正常听力的成人和婴儿的听性稳态反应结果,探讨其应用价值。方法采用AUDIX测试系统,扬声器给声,分别记录睡眠状态下听力正常的成人(18例,年龄20~22岁,平均21.6岁)和婴儿(11例,月龄5~11个月,平均9.5月)的听性稳态反应阈值。结果正常成人组0.5、1、2、4kHz4个频率的反应阈值分别为73.67±3.12、69.72±4.88、68.74±4.45、71.32±3.35dBSPL;正常婴儿组4个频率的反应阈值分别为77.65±2.36、71.12±3.24、71.80±3.28、72.78±4.12dBSPL。两组各个对应频率的测试结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论成人或者婴儿均可以通过扬声器给声来记录听性稳态反应。
Objective To recorde the auditory steady--state responses of normal hearing peoples and young babies in sound field and to discuss the value. Methods Using loud speaker stimuli, a group of normal hearing adutls and infants were tested. The response thresholds of auditory steady--state responses were recorded. Results For normal adults,the thresholds of ASSR at four frequencies were 73.67±3. 12,69.72±4.88,68. 74±4. 345, 71. 32±3.35 dB SPI. respectively, while for normal infacts, these results were 77.65±2.36,71. 12±3.24,71.80± 3.28,72.7±84.12 dB SPL. The difference of the ASSR thresholds between normal adults and infants has no statislics significance. Oonclusion ASSR could be recorded for normal adults and infants in sound field.
