益气养阴活血化痰汤对肺纤维化大鼠细胞免疫调控机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨益气养阴活血化痰汤对肺纤维化大鼠的细胞免疫的调控机制。方法将40只大鼠随机分为A正常组、B模型组、C中药组和D西药组,每组各10只,并分组给与治疗。建立博莱霉素诱导的大鼠肺纤维化动物模型,检测巨噬细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)等细胞因子的变化情况。结果模型组MCP-1、TNF-α和TGF-β1等细胞因子的分泌水平明显高于正常组(P<0.05),中药益气养阴活血化痰汤可有效地降低MCP-1、TNF-α和TGF-β1等的过度分泌和表达,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血化痰汤通过降低MCP-1、TNF-α和TGF-β1等细胞因子的表达,抑制细胞免疫功能,达到减轻肺纤维化的目的。 Objective To explore the mechanism of cellular immune regulation and control of Yiqiyangyin Huoxue Huatan Decoc- tion in rat pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into groups, A normal group, B model group, C Chinese medicine group and D western medicine group, n = 10, and cured respectively. The establishment of bleomycin-induced animal model of pulmonary fibrosis in rats; the detection of the cytokine changed such as macropbage chemoatlmctant protein-1 ( MCP-1 ), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1 ), etc. Results In the model group, the MCP-1, TNF-α and TGF-β1 and other cytokine secretion levels were significantly higher than the normal group, P 〈 0. 05, Chinese medicine group can effectively reduce the excessive secretion and expression of MCP-I, TNF-α and TGF-β1 , compared with the model group there were significant differences, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Yiqiyangyin Huoxue Huatan Decoction by reducing MCP-1, TNF-α and TGF-β1 and other cytokine expression, inhibition of immune function, to reduce pulmonary fibrosis.
