摘要
随着经济的发展,人们已经越来越认识到人力资源对于企业的生存与发展有着重要意义。与此相适应,在人力资源的开发与管理中具有鉴定、预测等功能的人才测评在我国得到了迅速发展。但目前我国人才测评行业还存在着诸多问题,制约了人才测评的进一步发展。解决我国人才测评问题,应转变观念,正确看待人才测评,建立行业管理机构,保障测评行业的健康发展。
With economic development, people have realized the significance of human resources to the enterprises' existence and development. Accordingly, talent assessment with the function of identification and prediction developed rapidly. But now there exist a lot of problems in Chinese talent assessment, which constrain its development. To solve the problem, we need change our thought, correotly consider talent assessment, found trade management organization, and guarantee the healthy development of talent assessment.
