摘要
目的探讨钙离子在不同发育期的大鼠造釉细胞中的变化和与信息传递有关的因子的分布。方法使用共焦点激光显微镜和免疫荧光法来分析出生后5、7、10天的大鼠上颌第一磨牙牙胚中钙离子的分布。结果共焦点激光显微镜成像表明出生后5、7、10天的大鼠上颌第一磨牙牙胚中钙离子的荧光强度明显增强,而且强弱部分相互交叉的频率也明显增加。钙结合蛋白的免疫荧光显像从分化期,分泌期,移行期到成熟期依次增加,而且在成釉细胞内部两端的显像强度高于细胞中央。结论钙离子在釉质形成和进行同结构形成有关的信息传递中起着重要的作用。
Objective To evaluate the distribution of Ca2 ~ at different period of development in the ameloblasts of rats. Methods The eonfoeal laser microscope and immumofluoreseenee methods were used to analyze Ca2+ distribution in the dental germs of maxillary first molar getting from the five - day, seven - day and ten - day rats. Results The image of eonfoeal laser microscope note that at five - day, seven - day and ten - day the fluorescence intensity of Ca2+ increased obviously and the frequency of strong and poor reciprocal ehiasrna also increased obviously. The video picture of Calmodulin increased from differentiation phase, secretion phase, migratory phase to maturation phase, and have unevenness in ameloblast, the amphi stronger than the central part. Conclusion Ca2+ take an important effect in the construction of enamelum and information transfer in the same structure formation.
