The paper briefly introduced the major performance characteristics and the research condition of new technologies of the CM2/CM2Z series plastic shell type circuit breaker, such as adopting extinguishing chamber with single breakpoint and parallel two breakpoint technologies, and carried out more detailed introduction of application condition for its intelligence-based and network-based functions.
