摘要
文章介绍了顺能垃圾发电厂变频器的选型,变频控制电路及变频调速技术的应用效果。采用变频技术后,顺能垃圾发电厂的自用电率基本控制在20%以内。变频调速采用软启动方式,延长了电动机、风机和泵的使用寿命,提高了系统的安全可靠性,减少了噪声污染。
The article briefed the type selection of frequency converter, frequency conversion control circuit as well as the application effect of frequency conversion speed control technology in Shunneng garbage Power Plant. since the frequency conversion technology was adopted, the serrice power rate of shunneng garbage power plant might be controlled within 20% in the great part of time. The soft start-up mode of frequency conrersion speed control extended the life time of motor.The application of frequency conversion speed control might extend the life time of draft fans and pumps, raise the safety and reliability of system, and reduce the Hoise pollution.
