摘要 4变压器各类产气的识别 4.1自然老化产气的识别 自然老化产气与变压器内的水分和氧气含量有关,而他们与制造和维护水平有关,所以每一台变压器运行后所含特征气体的浓度是不同的。根据统计,如果油中乙炔保持为0值,总烃缓慢地上升,平均产气率〈0.1μL/(L·d),则可认为是自然老化。自然老化是可以控制的,控制水平不同,老化程度就不同。 The object of the detection for dissolved gas analysis (DGA) in oil is characteristic gas. Because of the characteristic gas fault in transformer, a certain quantity of characteristic gas is produced in transformer operation. But the characteristic gas fault is only the part of transformer fault, and do not cover all faults. For the non-charaeteristic gas fault, such as serious deformed winding, over moisture of insulation as well as injured ware body etc., DGA cannot be used for discovering this kind of fault. The paper introduced the test method of DGA, pointed out the problems in DGA application, and introduced each kind of characteristic gas condition and its identification method in transformer operation in detail, such as aging characteristic gas, characteristic gas from outside source, partial discharge fault, overheat fault and the accident.
