摘要
介绍了华能福州电厂二期2×350MW机组的凝结水泵高压变频改造方案,提出了变频改造后所面临的凝汽器水位自动控制,变频凝结水泵和工频凝结水泵之间的连锁切换,除氧器上水调节阀的工作模式切换等相关控制策略及其在西门子Teleperm-XP控制系统中实现的过程,并提出了需要进一步进行试验优化的问题。
The paper briefed the retrofitting scheme of condensate pumps of 2nd stage 2×350 MW units by using high voltage frequency conversion in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant,put forward the condensate level automatic control of condenser,the interlocking switchover between frequency conversion condensate pump and power frequency condensate pump,and the working mode switchover of inlet water regulating valve of deaerator after the retrofit etc.problems and the relevant control tactics as well as its realization process in the Siemens Teleperm-XP control system.Finally the paper also put forward the problems needing further testings and optimization.
