履带板多向主动加载成形过程数值模拟

Numerical simulation for manufacturing crawler board by multi-axial active pressing

摘要 利用有限元分析软件Msc.marc来模拟履带板多向主动加载成形过程.通过对单向加载、多向同步加载、多向分步加载、多向顺序加载四种不同成形方式的时间-速度图、金属等效应变图以及加载过程中挤压力曲线的比较,得出了多向顺序加载为最佳的工艺方案. The crawler board manufacturing process by multi-axial active pressing was numerically simulated using a Msc. MARC software for finite dement analysis. Four sets of manufacturing variables, each including a loading speed-time chart, a equivalent strain diagram, and an extrusion pressure curve, were obtained with the following 4 pressing ways re- spectively, namely single axial pressing, multi-axial synchronous pressing, multi-axial stepped pressing, and multi-axial sequential pressing. An analysis of the simulation results showed that the multi-axial sequential pressing method was the best one for manufacturing the crawler board.
