摘要
以弹塑性大变形有限元理论为基础,对C型钢成型过程做出合理简化,建立分析模型.利用MARC软件对C型钢辊弯成型进行了三维有限元数值模拟,分析得出了C型钢在成形过程中变形区应力、应变的分布规律.
Based on the finite-element theory for large elastic-plastic deformation, and on a simplified procedure for fabrica- ting C-shaped section steel, an numerical analysis model was created. A 3-D numerical simulation using MARC application software for fabricating the C-shaped section steel by means of roll-bending process was then carried out, so as to predict the stress and strain distributions within the deformed zones.
