摘要
为了满足管线钢的市场需求,韶钢在研制X52管线钢板的过程中,采用低碳+Nb、V、Ti微合金化的成分设计和采用合理的控轧控冷工艺进行试制.试制结果表明,韶钢生产的X52管线钢板性能达到了标准和用户的要求.
The X52 grade plate for fabricating pipelines was trial-produced at SISG by employing a controlled rolling and cooling process and using a low-carbon steel micro-alloyed with Nb,V and Ti. It was shown that the steel plate so produced could well meet the relevant standards and user＇s requirements.
