Youth training is a key work to the sustainable growth of an enterprise. Based on its curren status in scientific research, technology, production and employee's training, SISG recently initiated a program of "master vs. prentice". Through effective execution of the program and strict assessment, the program has yielded good results and accelerated the growth of young talents.
