EHSH1蛋白在中枢神经系统中的功能研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 唐氏综合征Down syndrome．DS）又称为先天愚型或21三体综合征，是最常见的胎儿先天性缺陷疾病之一，其主要特征为严重的先天性智力障碍、特殊的面容，并常伴有各种先天性畸形．其出生率约占活产新生儿的1／800～1／700,是人类第21号染色体部分或全部出现三倍体所致。患者到了四五十岁大都出现阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer disease，AD）的典型病理特征，如B淀粉样肽斑块、神经结节、基底节胆碱样神经元变性和痴呆。
