摘要 介绍了分析规模超临界流体萃取技术萃取实际样品时的实验设计。内容包括:基体分析,萃取模式选择,初试结果分析,改性剂引入方式及萃取物的收集。给出了建立新方法的试验途径。 Experimental design for analytical scale of supercritical fluid extraction in the analysis of real world samples was introduced. Factors such as matrix, analysis of preliminary results, modifier introduction and solute collection were discussed. The experimental considerations for new method development were given.
