This paper provides a sort of system software design of LED Picture-Character Display, introduces the program＇ s key points of upper computer and nether device, and emphatically describes how to convert Chinese character into display dot-matrix from Chinese character Font Library and how to convert picture to display dot-matrix with the method of snap-screen. This paper presents a sort of protocol of serial communication about this design too.
