摘要
本文介绍了一种具有静电自锁功能的微机械加速度开关的原理，并且做了相应的理论分析。
This paper introduces the design principle of a new micromachined acceleration switch with electrostatic force self-lock.The relative theoretical analysis is presented.The switch is very useful in inertia control systems.
