摘要
结合石英谐振式称重传感器的应用,对其承载特点进行了理论和实验分析。结果表明,相对于传统的应变式称重传感器,这种新型称重传感器除具有体积小、功耗低、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,其承载特点突出地表现为刚度大、抗偏载能力弱。对承重传力机构的设计提出了新的要求。
Combined with the application of quartz resonant weighing sensor, its load-bearing charateristics are analysed both theoretically and experimentally. It is found that, compared with the traditional strainometer, the new weighing sensor has several advantages such as small size, low power consumption, long stability, preserved rather good under disturbance. Moreover, its load-bearing characteristics mainly displayed in large stiffness and sensitivity to load-slanting. New purpose is raised to the design of the load-force transferring mechanism.
