摘要
系统总结了全光通信网络的三种交换技术:光路交换、光分组交换和光突发交换,分析了各技术的优缺点和局限性,并介绍光交换技术的发展趋势、世界各国的研究动向。可见,结合了光路交换和光分组交换优点的光突发交换,被认为是未来IP/DWDM全光网络的可行性方案之一。最后介绍了光通信标准的发展现状。
This paper summarizes three kinds of alloptical communication network's switching technologies, which are optical circuit switching (OCS), optical packet switching (OPS) and Optical burst switching (OBS) Advantages and disadvantages of these switching technologies, as well as their development trend and research status are analyzed, concluding that OBS, which combines the best of OCS and OPS, is one of the promising technologies for future IP over DWDM. Finally, the standard status of optical communication is introduced.
