摘要
简要分析了温度变化对光电耦合器工作特性参数的影响,提出了温度补偿的主要思路和对称补偿方法。
In this paper,it is brieftly analysed how the characteristic parameters of photo-electric connector are affected by the temperature uariation.The main idea of temperature compensation and the feedback symmetric compensating method is put forward.And a practical simple analog signal photo-electric isolating circuit is also introduced..
