摘要
大学英语课程是一门大学生必修的基础课程。随着社会的发展,人们对大学英语教学提出了更高的要求,大学英语教师面临的职业压力也因此而日益增加。为此,从个体因素、职业因素和组织因素三个方面分析大学英语教师的职业压力的成因,并从教师个体和工作环境两个角度提出了相应的缓解对策,以期学校和教师能关注和改善这方面的问题,更好地促进高等院校大学英语教学的改革。
College English is a basic compulsory course for college students. With the development of society, higher expectation is laid on College English teaching. Under this context, most College English teachers are confronted with the increase in their daily vocational stress. The paper first analyzes the individual, professional and organizational factors resulting in their vocational stress. Then it puts forward corresponding strategies for relieving stress from the perspective of teachers themselves and working surroundings, in order to expect that colleges and teachers should focus on and improve stress-related problems of College English teachers so that College English reform can be promoted.
