无源二次发射技术在电磁传感器中的应用

摘要 本文主要介绍一种提高感应磁场的方法。在利用电磁感应原理做为探检手段时,一般都希望得到尽可能强的感应磁场。然而,发射功率往往受到各种条件限制,不可能随意增加。但采用“无源二次发射”技术可以有效地提高感应磁场,并可以根据需要很方便地调整磁场强弱。本文以一种安装在运输皮带上的检铁传感器为例,介绍“无源二次发射”技术的原理和应用。这种应用了“无源二次发射”技术的传感器,不仅有较高的灵敏度和可靠性。 A way to enhance induction magnetic field is described in this paper.When electromagnetic induction principle is used as detection means, generally, it is desired to get as strong induction magnetic field as possible.However, as emission power usually is limited by various conditions, it is impossible to increase the current at discretion.though, using Passive Secondary Emission technology can enhance the induction magnetic field effectively,and the intensity of magenetic field can be controlled easily according to the requirement.Taking a sensor for detecting iron set on transport belt as example, the author describes the principle and application of passive secondary emission technology,the sensor to which this technology is applied not only is of higher sensitirity and reliability,but also can detect iron mass in magnetic ore materials.
