Conforming with the rules of the development of a city and integrating the Jinyi main axis scientifically

城市群已经成为推动一个国家或地区经济发展的主要动力。浙中城市群是浙江中西部地区经济发展的重要增长极,但其尚未形成一个具有吸引力的中心城市。本文基于浙中城市群现状,运用位序—规模律及Zipf维数分析浙中城市群的等级规模问题,阐述城市群主轴聚合的必要性,并根据城市发展的一般规律,提出打造金义新城,实现主轴聚合的建议。

The urban agglomeration has become the main drive to impulse the economic development of a country or an area. Although Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration is an important growth pole to economic development in the middle west of Zhejiang area, it hasn＇t come into an attractive central city. This paper based on the actualities of Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration, using the Rank-Size Rule and the Zipf＇ s Rule to analyze the grading scale structure issues of Zhezhong Urban Agglomeration to expound the necessity of integrating the main axis of the urban agglomeration. And moreover, according to the rules of the development of a city, we suggest that we shoud construct a New Jin-Yi City and put the integration of the main axis into effect.
