我国大学校长职业化的条件分析

大学校长职业化,就是校长应当把学校管理工作作为自己惟一的职业,集中精力搞好学校管理。我国推行大学校长职业化还受到诸多限制,主要包括:大学校长的收入水平相对较低,教学科研收入还是一种重要的补充;大学校长的产生主要还是由政府决定,产生的程序也不够科学透明;大学校长的职业标准与任职资格不够明确、具体;大学校长的评价主体主要是政府,没有较好地体现学校的其他利益相关者;大学校长的职业流动性受到限制。

The so called professionalism of university presidents is the university presidents who make the administration of school as their only profession and concentrating their attention on the administration of school. Trying to carry out the professionalism of university presidents in China meets many restrictions, which include the relative low- income level of the university presidents and the income of teaching and research is the main supplement to their earnings; the appointment of the university presidents is still decided by government and the process are not very scientific; the professional criterion and post qualifications of the university presidents is not very definite and specific; the government is the main part of evaluating to the university presidents and that can＇ t reflect other stakeholders＇ viewpoint either; and the profession circulation of the university presidents meets many restrictions.
