一氧化碳浓度智能分析仪主要由探测系统、信号放大与处理及显示打印系统三部分组成。其中,探测器系统主要由红外面光源、红外窗口、气路、取样泵、斩波器、窄带滤光片及红外传感器等部分组成;信号放大与处理系统主要由电压跟随放大电路、线性补偿电路、模—数转换电路及8031单片计算机等组成;显示打印系统则主要由显示器、打印机及声报警器部分组成。文中详细介绍了该仪器的基本原理、结构及性能指标,还介绍了硬件电路的实现及软件设计的特点。
The instrument principally consists of the detector system,signal amplifying and controlling system and the display and printing system.The detector system is mainly composed of infrared plane light source, infrared windows, gas path,sample pump, chopper, narrow-band filter and infrared sensor.The signal amplifying and controlling system is mainly composed of voltage amplifying circuit, linear compensating circuit,A/D converter and 8031 chip processor.And the display and printing system is mainly composed of indicator,printer and acoustic warning apparatus.The principle,the structure, the main specifications and the realization of the hardware circuits and software of this instrument are described.
