摘要
介绍了一种气敏元件温漂特性的电路补偿原理及补偿技术。该技术可以对常见气敏元件的温漂特性进行有效地补偿。
A circuit compensation principle and compensation technique for improving temperature drift properties of gas sensors are reported.This technique can potently compensate temperature drift properties of usual gas sensors, as a result,the instruments usingthese gas sensors have highly thermal stability.
