Significance of Development of Cleaning Energy to Ensurance of National Energy Security

国家能源安全包括能源供应的稳定性(经济安全性)与能源使用的安全性。清洁能源指的是对环境友好的能源,大力发展清洁能源对保障国家能源安全具有重大意义。大力发展清洁能源可以逐步改变传统能源消费结构,减小对能源进口的依赖度,降低环境代价。从科研、资金、协作等方面制定相关政策能够促进清洁能源的开发与利用。

National energy security includs the stability of the supply of the energy （economical safety） and the usage safety of the energy. Clean energy means the energy which is environmentally friendly. Enhancing the development of the clean energy is really important for the safety of the national energy. The development of the clean energy can gradually change the structure of the traditional energy consumption and reduce the dependence on imported energy and cut the cost of protecting environment. To formulate the relevant policies from the aspects of funds, research and cooperation can promote the development and usage of the clean energy.
